Can’t I just download anti-virus software?
Yes, but it’s not all the same and it might be hurting you more than helping you. A lot of software is costly, requires subscriptions, and can slow your computer down. There are better ways to optimize your system to protect you from malicious programs.

Why is my computer so slow?
If you turn on your computer, run out to the deli for a bagel and coffee, and come back to find it’s almost done booting, your system could probably use a good cleanup. There are many reasons our computers slow down, but that does NOT mean you need to chuck it and buy a new one. Even old computers can run like new with the right TLC.
